RESUMEN

En este artículo hago una reflexión pedagógica, es decir filosofía de la educación. El fin de la educación es darles una imagen de hombre a los alumnos. Como siempre hay un modelo de hombre detrás de la enseñanza, resulta crucial descubrir qué modelo de hombre se tiene para, de esta manera, aceptarlo, modificarlo o corregirlo conjuntamente con otros. Para esto debemos ser conscientes de la antropología filosófica que tenemos, que es la del homo mercator, del hombre mercader, o mejor del hombre mercancía de la sociedad de mercado. Debemos ayudar a que este tome una imagen más humana, más humanística, aunque sea riesgoso, malinterpretado y políticamente incorrecto defender los aspectos humanos hoy en día. Habitualmente se nos ve como revisionistas pero éste es el rol secular de la filosofía crítica.


ABSTRACT

In this article I make a philosophical reflection on pedagogy, thus I practice educational philosophy. The aim of Education is to imprint an image of man on the learners. There is always a human model behind teaching activities. Therefore, it is crucial to make out which is the human model one has, the one in which one is shaping up. By doing so, we can eventually accept it as it is or modify and correct it with others. For this, we must be aware of the philosophical anthropology we have, which is that of the homo mercator, the man as a merchant, or the man as a merchandise in this market society. We must help it gain a more human image, a more humanistic one. To defend human aspects nowadays is not only risky and sometimes misinterpreted but also politically incorrect. We are often seen as revisionists of the bad situation in which we are, but it is necessary to be so because this has always been the secular role of critical philosophy.
