A POLÍTICA PARA GESTÃO EDUCACIONAL NO PARANÁ DE 2003 A 2010: EMBATES SOBRE A DIVERSIDADE CULTURAL

RESUMO
Este estudo objetiva compreender a política para gestão educacional no Paraná de 2003 a 2010 no que se refere à diversidade cultural, bem como a convergência desta dinâmica com os reajustes estruturais do capitalismo. Para a organização do texto, três itens são elencados. O primeiro trata do discurso político para a diversidade cultural no contexto dos anos de 1990, momento em que se consolida, no Brasil, a política neoliberal. O segundo ponto destaca o discurso para a equidade social a partir da Declaração Universal sobre a Diversidade Cultural elaborada pela UNESCO em 2002, e o seu caráter paliativo e político para os países em desenvolvimento. Por fim, pretende-se uma breve reflexão sobre as iniciativas tomadas pelo governo do estado do Paraná, referente a diversidade cultural, seus limites e perspectivas.

ABSTRACT
This study has as objective the understanding of the politics for educational management in Paraná from 2003 to 2010 in what refers to the cultural diversity, as well as the convergence of this dynamics with the structural adjustments of the capitalism. For the organization of the text, three items are exposed. The first one is about the political speech for the cultural diversity in the context of the years of 1990, moment in which is consolidated, in Brazil, the neoliberal politics. The second point highlights the speech for the social equity from the Universal Declaration about the Cultural Diversity elaborated by UNESCO in 2002, and its palliative and political character to the developing countries. Finally, it intends a brief reflection on the initiatives taken by the government of the state of Paraná, regarding to the cultural diversity, its limits and perspectives.
